Mr. Humphrey Metzgen

Humphrey Metzgen is a retired businessman who was a former CEO of several leading UK and Caribbean companies. He currently chairs a British investment company in London.

In a private capacity Mr Metzgen is a member of number of Non- Government Organisations in Barbados and has recently published his first book, Caribbean Wars Untold: A Salute to the British West Indies, which was published by UWI Press. He is married and has two children.

Mr. Metzgen was co-opted to the Board of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Barbados in October 2008 following the resignation of Mr. Mahon. He was elected Senior Vice President at the AGM on 16th April 2009
