Mr. Charles Holder

Mr. Charles Holder joined the Board of Directors of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Barbados in April 2008. He is currently Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Barbados Tourism Investment Incorporated, having been employed with that organization previously as Programme Director since 1999.

Mr. Holder has worked at the General Post Office, and later the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, the Barbados Agricultural Development Corporation and the Ministry of Tourism and International Transport.

He received his early education at the Buxton and Montgomery Primary Schools, and is a graduate of the Lodge School and the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus, where he gained the Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Second Class Honours (Upper Division).

Mr. Holder is a member of the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Barbados. He is married and has 2 sons.
