Our Services

The Heart & Stroke Foundation offers a number of services to the general public and health care professionals to combat heart disease and stroke.

At the forefront of our services is our Cardiac Disease Prevention and Recovery service (CDPR). This is centered around our "Gym with a Difference". This program is designed to assist persons that may be at risk of having a heart or stroke incident or who are recovering from one.

The Foundation's training programs grounped under the banner of Emergency Cardiac Care (ECC), starts with a first aid training course and progresses all the way to an Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course.
