NOTES:
1. All course fees are payable in
advance. If course cancelled more than seven days in advance a full
refund will be given. However where cancellation is less than seven
days before date of course an administration fee of $30 will be
charged.
2. Instructor private course
accreditation fee attending covers purchase of one certificate, face
mask and pair of gloves per person and hire charge for one half
manikin per three persons, one AED per nine persons and one video or
DVD.
3. Any additional equipment will have
to be paid for at the rates set out in the Equipment Rental/Deposit
Fees schedule. NB late return of any equipment will be charged for
at the rental fee per day set out in the Equipment Rental/Deposit
Fees schedule
